The rugs are priced well, and the owner is very knowledgeable about the rugs, and will explain how to care for the rugs. Also, they had a wide variety of sizes. I highly recommend this establishment.
The bottom top quality rubber keeps the pad in place. The right amount of cushion and support. The top of the pad grips the bottom of the rug to keep the rug in place.

Shams is very knowledgeable about his rug inventory and tried to find the right large rug for our space. Once we narrowed it down to two rugs, he brought them both over to see which one looked best in the space. We decided on the rug and he had it cleaned for us and provided a high quality pad to help extend the life of the rug. He personally delivered the pad and rug and made sure we were satisfied with our decision. It was one of the best buying experiences I have ever had! Excellent customer service!
I walked in to ask if Kapisa could help repair a beautiful rug I was given. I was told it was a Persian rug, but it didn’t look like any Persian rug I’d ever seen. I came to find through Shams at Kapisa that it is an Azerbaijani rug, because he had many examples in his shop. We talked about several ways my rug could be repaired and I was thrilled with his knowledge and enthusiasm to share this all with me. While I was there, I saw a small rug that I could not take my eyes off of. To me, it was the most beautiful in the shop. I don’t know anything about rugs, but I knew this one was quite rare, so I decided right there to begin making payments on it. Shams graciously let me take as long as I needed to pay it off, which was about three months. I went and picked it up the other day, and every time I look at it, I cannot take my eyes off of it. Thank you, Shams.
